Warning, "Speed Tests" will never be 100% accurate, but it appears the iPad 2 is slightly faster than the new iPad (for games and streaming video). Although, in everyday use the performance on both devices feels identical. Also, we can't forget that the new iPad has a retina display--if the A5X didn't have to power 3.1 Million pixels the new iPad would be considerably faster.
