We have bought this system second hand on august 18 2018 for $150 [€ 130], without the GTX 960.

CPU: Intel Core i5 2500K [Not OCed, not the original CPU]
RAM: 8,00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard: Dell Inc. 0GDG8Y (CPU 1) [Has no overclock capabilities]
Storage: 250GB Western Digital WDC WD2503ABYX-01WERA1 (SATA )
Optical Drives: PLDS DVD+-RW DH-16ABS Sata
PSU: 450W [Not the original PSU, unknown brand]
Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit

The CPU was not in the original setup, but was added later.
The Dell motherboard has no overclocking capabilities.
