A short Test of Middle Earth Shadow of Mordor on the GeForce GTX 970 with 4 GB Memory usage in 4K Resolution.
Not realy an issue that you only have 3.5 GB fast memory in my oppinion!

Resolution 4K with Ultra Detail Level and High Res Texture Pack. Memory Usage goes up to 4 GB and framerate is about 20-30 with some rare drops under 20.
