First is the quick one, Cryo Hypostasis. It has Cryo permanently stuck to it, so just bring your Pyros and go to town. When it hunkers down in defense mode near the end, swat two spiked balls at it and then any Pyro attack will leave it in weakened state.
Then the new weekly boss, Azhdaha. While dodging and burst invincibility are still good, when he's changing element you probably want to keep your distance even if you're a close-range attacker. Zhongli's the only one with enough lives to survive that, I imagine. Outside of that, there's also some big stomps that create pulsing shockwaves, which you also want to steer clear of if using a less sturdy party. I've got Hu Tao and Jean on the case, so I managed to brute force it.
