A solid game plan is needed for 3 stars here, raw stats don't help against shields and you have to deal with those in both halves. Bennett, Jean and Xiangling are all great against the Lector shield and I use Freeze against the Herald, same as last time.
It was actually the Abyss Mages that took the most experimenting for me, since dealing with them while also taking out an Abyss elite can waste a lot of time. In the first half I knock out the Pyro Mage shield ASAP and try to damage it and the Lector at the same time, then I try to wear down the Hydro Mage shield gradually while I work on the Lector's HP. Honestly, it plays out a little differently every time I try.
Second half I've gotten fairly consistent: I stand near the light-colored ring at the edge, near the pillar and fire Venti's burst. The idea is to Swirl Pyro to break Cryo Mage's shield, because none of the elements in the classic Freeze team work well on Cryo Mage shields. I wait until I see the Cryo Mage set its teleport destination before I move again, because depending on my position that guy can end up behind me, which will kill the run when I'm cutting it this close on time.
