I can't think of any game I played where they mention someone is off somewhere and you can just... go find them. Usually, it's just a reason they're not around and that's it. Here, every single thing said could actually end up unlocking a hidden achievement and a whole other questline. XP
I really need to just do one big video working on World Quests (or at least what I can do since many require random commissions like this one).
