Didn't feel like editing ATM but here's the gist of the included clip.

The first run is on the harder difficulty (after completing normal) with the same whacky team comp I used for fun on normal difficulty. Basically I just scout out the changes in person as I get a better feel for the particular mechanics added to the stage. The second run is an actual serious attempt.

For those who don't know what this event is, a short summary below:

Hidden Strife in Genshin v2.8 is a combat event where each session is divided into two phases. In the first phase, enemies will ceaselessly respawn until you fulfill a certain condition. In this video, that condition is triggering 20+ electro-related reactions. Unfortunately, a single electro instance producing multiple reactions doesn't count, so that's a slightly odd discrepancy but whatever. After that, you proceed to the second phase, where a few key enemies (with glowing diamonds over their heads) must be killed--all of this has to be done without falling in combat and before time runs out.
As an aid for the non-whale players (whales get it too--they just probably don't need it), there are some bonus rules added that essentially buff you for doing the thing required to exit the first phase--in this case you can negate half of an enemy's defense for a few seconds after using an electro reaction on them. During phase two, this increases to -70% enemy defense and the reaction will produce bonus energy for your party, meaning you get to ult off cooldown quite easily.
