Long story short:
For stats it's simply All into INT until level 10, at level 10 move to bermi farming spot and put 6 points in vit then go back to putting all in int upto level 14. Notice how I still have 6 points leftover to allocate at level 15.
For skills, in order of priority, Holy Arrow Level 1(unlock only.), Self-Restoration Max, Divine Arrow Max. You can max Self Restoration before you can max Divine Arrow and it helps a lot for when you don't have any wiz to party with and soloing at very slow speeds without using foods or potions. It's still better than not being able to farm at all or farming at a loss like 200 for cheese and get only 150 in return everytime.
As for the Coppa Ogres, I guess you can buy 1 Dried Dates and do only that until the food runs out but that's it. You need to utilize the respawn and exp loss mechanics until level 8 or 9 in order to not rely on food which would most likely only incur you loss of mrond which is already scarce thanks to Book Rewards mROND value being turned to 0.
