There's one thing to remember: In this game, each stat is capped at a certain value based on the current level of the unit, so while certain parametres are more important for certain units, it's impossible to min max certain stats as they will only reach the cap faster.

Yamame and Kisume cards are just too good for their rarity, so at least to me, they are the must in every scenario. Tsukumo sisters card is strong; at max limit break, they can heal from 0% to 100% shield bar per activation assuming you can keep yourself safe. This can be utilised to proc Suika's trait for some spirit point recovery, although it's not recommened as doing so will demolish the overall result.
