For some reason, some people were having issues getting Geo 11 working.

First, select a game that has a Geo 11 fix, copy it to the correct folder (UE4 games have two EXEs. You need to copy it to the actual EXE in the {game name}\Binaries\Win64 folder)

Set the game to use SBS or TaB or whatever you want in the d3dxdm.ini, launch your preferred VR viewer, then play!

Geo 11 only supports DX11 (hence the name Geo 11) so you'll need to make sure that the game launches in DX11 mode if it has multiple modes.
