Geometry Dash | Duelo Maestro by Nacho21 - 100% (with Lexicon25!)
1When I was streaming last month, I asked Lexicon if he wanted to do some 2-player Demons together. I wasn't expecting much, but, to my surprise, he actually liked the idea. It also just so happened that he was going to be travelling to my city for vacation.
Duelo Maestro is a 2.0 classic. This level was basically one of the first to use the 2-player mechanics in a unique and creative way; forcing the players to weave in and out of their paths while collecting keys. You actually need to coordinate with your partner in order to figure out which paths you need to take, making it a lot more involved than most 2-player level from that era. There is a reason why this level is so beloved. I can't speak a lot on the solo parts, as those were done by Lexicon, but the dual sections are both satisfying and heart-racing, especially in the asymmetrical dual, where the stakes are super high. There's this sense of tension because both players are relying on each other to survive. I could gush about this level more, but we'd be here all day.
