i'm really unsure if this or FFFFFF is the best memory demon in the game. the main issue with this level is that chapter 2 is not the greatest. it's easily the least sightreadable (which i believe is actually something a memory demon should strive for: making the sightreading itself difficult enough that memorizing is the best approach is what makes a good memory level imo) and i'm personally not a huge fan of moving stuff in memory levels.
that being said, chapters 1, 3, and 4 are all technically sightreadable and you are in theory able to do all of those parts without even needing to memorize anything, making this up there with the best memory levels. chapter 4 in particular is great to play

anyways i had fun with this. the song in this level is also in hotline miami 2 which i also really enjoyed so it was nice to listen to it again. this is also one of the easier insane demons imo, chapters 1+2 make up most of the difficulty but they really aren't that bad with some practice and knowhow.
