Yes, the title is correct; this is a level that takes a full day (~24 hours) to complete legitimately.
However, due to the extreme X-position bug in the game's code, the speed would become ludicrous at ~77.5% until the end, making the level ~22 hours instead.
I promise you, this is not a hack. It's actually a glitch and it happens in 2.0 as well as in 2.1. No cheats/HAX were used.
Just like the 2 hour level video, it's sped up at parts and the song is looped throughout the entire level.

NB: This is the old version of the level that was released after the 2 hour level. The new version has a coin and is much harder and longer until the long area is reached.

Completed on 60Hz. It took about 3 days.
