This long level was meant to be a joke parodying all the people who are making 1.0 styled level with 2.1 gameplay and call it "decent", but after making first 30% of the level something inside me has started to change. I was listening to this level's song quite regularly, I find it insanely hypnotizing, and I was wondering about the hidden message/history behind it. The longer I was making this level, the more I tried to make it look better and put some more effort into it. At the end I even decided to remove most of the unnecessary memes/easter eggs I used to put in all my levels and focus on the artistic side of it, despite still looking like a long generic 1.0 level. The author of this song (Cacola) says that the creation he made represents the slow process of death, but in my opinion it also represents every person's life, how we are slowly developing ourselfs, how many up's and down's we have throughout it and how it ends up by unescapable death. That's the genesis of title "Lifespan Development". Not gonna lie, I'm pretty sure no one is going to beat this level, especially because of how long and inconsistent the difficulty is, but I hope someone will watch at least half of the gameplay I've recorded. It is a very important level for me and I'm temped to say it's my "best work" despite looking terrible.

The verification process was very stressful... At the first day I've made 55% progress and I couldn't reach further after that. At the second day I just gave up and decided to take a rest from this lvl, because I was working on this project for the past 2 weeks straight. At the third day I've made 65% record and died 3 times on 55%, which made me quit for the rest of the day (keep in mind how long it is, so dying so far is annoying as hell) and at the 4th day (today) I finally beat it. The amount of attempts are shown at the end of the video, but keep in mind the last one with the most attempts was mostly me testing and building the level.

Even name of this level has been changed multiple times. At the beginning I was just calling it "XL Level" and later my friend JCM made a codename "Endless Suffering". When I was close of finishing the lvl, we've been trying to find a name for it, but it was very hard, mostly because of me wanting to have an "unique title no one has ever used". When I tried to verify it, we sticked with "Life Progress", but later on I researched this term and it meant something completely different than I wanted, so at the last second I've been trying to come out with something. There was a "Life Process", "Life Cycle" "Life Development", but then I found the term "Lifespan Development" which described my vision of the level perfectly and that's how It's called right now.

Huge thanks for JCM for supporting me throughout the entire process of building and verifying the level. Without him, I would probably never publish it just because of 1.0 style I used to dislike.
