The GermanDevDays is an annual conference that has been held in Frankfurt since 2016. The event attracts more than 1,100 attendees from across the German-speaking video game development industry hosted by Stefan Marcinek CEO of Assemble Entertainment. The events also include the GermanDevDays Indie Award, where indie projects across Germany can participate in different categories to win a share of the 10,000€ in prize money on offer. Instead of the traditional IRL event, the GermanDevDays Indie Award 2021 will be hosted digitally and livestreamed on 17th December 2021 on the official Assemble Entertainment Twitch and YouTube channels.
