I had this idea a while back already, because the Romani Ranch bottle seems to take a lot of time.

I found a convenient way to enter Dampe's Grave early. You can only get this bottle on the last day! Dampe won't be there on the 1st and 2nd day. He first appears on the final day. As you can see, he's already there before the night, what would save some time in a any% run, because you wouldn't have to wait until it's night ;)
The way I entered Dampe's Grave also doesn't requiere Captain's Head, what makes it even cooler. Maybe we could also use this in 100%

This is a speed test, so I started at the South Clock Town owl statue and ended the video after I had saved at the Ikana owl.

I needed 8 minutes for Ikana Access + Getting the bottle.
In my speed run I needed 4:30 for Alien shooting, 1:10 to travel to Romani Ranch and 2:50 for Ikana Access.

We skip the Goron Mask in a TAS now and maybe also non-Tas run, so I decided to use also no Goron Mask.
Without Goron Mask I would have needed about 8:45 in my speed run for all that stuff, so getting Dampe's Bottle is about 40-45 seconds faster!
Getting Dampe's bottle forces us to buy Bombchus and to get more rupees, so it's actually just a little bit faster or pretty much the same ;)

I figured out a great strategy against the big Poe leader. You can shoot him before he flies over to you. That requieres a lot of luck, but it's actually pretty easy, when you understand the movements of the Poe!
He always appearson the opposite side to where you shot him. So when you shot him, when he's on the right, he'll appear on the left ;)
