A free demo of Fitness Boxing is now available. With a single Joy-Con controller each, you can box with a friend in the multiplayer mode included! You can download it from Nintendo eShop on your Nintendo Switch, or via this page – just sign in and press the “Download demo” button to get started!

It’s time to get moving in Fitness Boxing for Nintendo Switch! Work up a sweat in daily, boxing-based workouts to some smashing tunes, from artists like Lady Gaga, LMFAO, Avril Lavigne and more – anytime, anywhere!
Whether it’s becoming more fit, improving general well-being, targeting specific areas of the body, or simply getting active with a friend, grab a Joy-Con (or two!) and box to the beat as you work towards the fitness goals you’ve set.
Your goals, your workout
Punch your way to better boxing form by performing jabs, hooks, crosses and uppercuts, and eventually advanced moves like swaying and blocking.
Your very own fitness instructor will provide encouragement during your workouts, and guide you through the poses and motions…until you master them all!
Track your progress
To help you achieve your targets, Fitness Boxing tracks your performance in a number of ways, like the number of punches thrown and estimated calories burned. Use your workout scores and star-ratings as a baseline to improve!

Want to really tap into your results? You can enter your weight and track your BMI (body mass index) with helpful graphs, as well as view all of your performed and upcoming workouts on your calendar. Who knows? Completing certain challenges may even unlock new content…
A cardio session wherever you are
Simply want to work out without any goals in mind? In Free Training, you can choose how and when you want to sweat it out. Target certain body parts such as your back, chest, shoulders, and legs, or engage everything in an all-body workout, wherever you are! You can also change the speed and intensity of your workout to suit your goals.
Got some company? Work out with – or against – a friend in multiplayer modes with a single Joy-Con each!
