Higher frequency allows the use of smaller inductors. With a small 1uH, at around 200kHz, the maximum attainable voltage is 91 volts. 200V+ easily reached with a 10uH inductor @200kHz. Higher voltage can even be attainable with the 10uH, but since the maximum rating of the components is 250v, and this setup is not regulated, so it's not been tested fully.
