Get Rid Of Those Tools! - Rotom VSTAR Standard - PTCG Live -
While I have so chill time until the next ladder starts, I start trying out more obscure decks. These aren't as competitive as normal decks but they can hold their own. I'm not sure if it was the weakness alone but I think the deck can struggle with the prize trade against single prize decks (like game 1). I think for a deck that has variable damage, a person would be better off with Chien Pao or Raging Bolt. This deck does have a surprise factor though since nobody is expecting to see this deck and assumes the player just had a bad start with a Rotom V in the active lol. Personally I wouldn't recommend using this deck for a grind but maybe a fun 1 or 2 games worth. I think Forest Seal Stone would be a nice swap for probably the Rescue Boards and Take out the Miraidon ex. Not sure how important the Zeraora is but the free retreat is really nice and maybe it's first move can be handy facing a stage 1 in a deck like Kirlia or Drakloak or something lol. The Cramorant can be nice with the TM tool Crisis Punch for the late game.
