Seamoth, cyclops + glider not required.
Despite most tutorials suggesting otherwise, reaching the 500m degaise base in Seamoth with depth module is NOT required. It is 100% possible to reach all three degasi bases WITHOUT using vehicles or fully upgrad8ng fins and oxygen tank (or even using a spare tank)
My first three journeys down to the base had me facing off against the warper and the crab squid.
