4Get Up. Do Something Useful is a short story of me literally tidying my room. I know this feels like a really boring subject but it's surprising how doing something as simple as tidying up your room or flat or house can have such a positive effect on our mental health. Surrounding yourself in rubbish is the quickest way to depressive thoughts.
