You can get the single achievement (for killing one of the bosses) within Flat Kingdom Paper's Cut Edition's demo by taking the full game files (that is, if you own it or someone you family share with does; must be directly from Steam) and putting them into the demo's directory. If you own the full game, you can download it, move the files elsewhere, then through Steam support get the license (temporarily) removed and added back after you get the demo 100%! Just put the contents of the full game files into the demo's folder (which is empty after late 2017). Still need to do steam://install/407370 to obtain the demo's license, as the button no longer appears on the store page for the full game.
