There was a problem with an expected delivery and hermes have rebranded to evri but still hve all the same problems nationwide, and they took a picture of some house that wasn't mine and claimed to have delivered, deliberately avoiding showing the front door so they could claim it but it be anywhere so getting mad about the laack of delivery and why companies still go with this renoundly bad company, if they spent the money on actually fixing their problems instead of rebranding things might be better.
