Finally a decent run :) I achieved my 1:15:00 goal as well. This is one of the three speedruns that I got requested to do. The next speedrun I'll do is a Gex 2 Any% No Hits No Death Speedrun, that will be quite hard but doable. (Note: I have a question. I guess in Gex games you have some things to protect you from loosing a hit point if you got hit. Would it count if I got hit and not loose a hit point? Would that considered "A Hit" or not? I could do both ways of this speedrun if someone wants me to.). Then after that, it is a Spyro 3 100% speedrun. Here are my thoughts on each level of this speedrun.

Intro: This speedrun is hard to get a decent run because there are so many skillful and lucky things you need to do. That being said, let's move on.

Out of Toon: Messed up with the first remote that made me gain 5 seconds. Also, for some reason this is the only level out of the whole game that requires 2 hits to get out of a remote cutscene and into the game.

Smellraiser: Wasted 8 seconds on a shortcut. Other then that, the run is good.

Gilligex Isle: Perfect, I found out that the fireballs make a pattern and it never changes.

Frankensteinfeld: Good run.

www.dotcom.com: Great run.

Mao Tse Tongue: I dislike this level because you have a greater chance of messing the speedrun up.... but I did great.

Mooshoo Pork: I didn't try to sneak past him to get to the switch faster. Lucky for me, that last move lost about 3 seconds.

Fine Tooning: The red gate levels are the worst! They ruin my speedruns just like that. Bad run here. The camera always acts up when I'm in the duck area. I wasted 1 minute and 5 seconds all together mostly because of that hard jump skip.

The Umpire Strikes Out: You need to hold down left and go left right away at the very start in order for the platforms to appear correctly, and I didn't look at the other platforms so they will appear correct again. Going for the 2nd remote messes me up sometimes because at the very end, you need to go through moving platforms that can easily make you fall. I should have gotten the air bubble at 34:42 and just kept on going. Other than that it was a good run.

Pangaea 90210: Great run :)

This Old Cave: The worst mistakes here are around 40:57 on where I lost my powerup. Other then that, a good run. I'm not sure getting the powerup is the fastest but it helps me get through the level.

Honey I Shrunk the Gecko: I must say I did pretty well on this level :)

Poltergex: I should have done better on this one. I kind of forgot to get the ice powerup on the 2nd remote so that kind of screwed everything up for the 2nd remote. I lost track at the end too :/

Gexzilla vs Mecharez: In Gex 2, when you enter a tv while Gex says something, he skips saying one of his scripted talk phases and enters the tv, that saves you about 1 second. (Just a tip I wanted to share for speedrunners out there) For the bossfight, one of my bad runs.

Samurai Night Fever: I didn't expect to do the very hard jump on my first try! Be careful because it is a difficult jump and it has ruined one of my speedruns before. I did well on this level :)

Pain in the Asteroids: I did great but I had a few small mistakes. The worst mistake is when I went down at the beginning for the third remote.

Channel Z: I was about to tell you guys I thought I just maybe found a pattern on where the boxes pop up on the second stage. Because in recent speedruns, it works for me. But sometimes it doesn't work. First off, there might be more ways to do this or there might be no pattern at all. The pattern is this: On the first round, go left slightly (More then I did) and one box should pop up to the left, right, or next to you. Next, go left as far as me and a box should pop up to the left, right, or next to you. The thing to this pattern is to avoid a box popping up on the opposite side of you. In the third and last round, go left a lot more then usual (About half of what I did) and the box shouldn't pop to the opposite side of you. Once again, I don't know if a speedrunner should trust this pattern. I tried other ways such as finding the first box popping up in a certain area always but it appears not to do that either. I guess it is random then. I'm just saying this because it might be 1 way of getting through this, so why not?

End: A sub 1:10 run is possible with a couple of minor mistakes. But for now, I'm done with this. The next speedrun is a Gex 2 Any% No Hits No Death Speedrun. Also one more thing, in all my speedruns, I stopped the timer when the last frame of the boss battle ended. But this time (The right way?) I stopped the timer when Rez in game is defeated. Thanks for watching the speedrun and reading this! :D
