To save time, go to 1:15 and 2:10. Not really an exciting glitch but it is a new glitch to me. A minor bug I suppose. This happened in a speedrun that I had. It appears that I somehow went from winning to 1 lap behind the other racers. On the 2nd race, I caught up with the 5th and 4th place racers on 3:52. I have no hacks or cheats on. I don't know if this happened to someone else before. I turned the voice sound off in this speedrun as well. This is the NTSC original (Not the greatest hits one) version on the ps1. I'm just putting this glitch out there to see what others think. It might be from the difficulty settings of the game or something. Maybe it is just a glitch from just the original version?
