GG Shinobi Any% speedrun in 10:05:68 (outdated!)
1Timing starts as soon as I press the Start button for the first time (at the very moment the red tetrimino drops during the intro) to get to the Stage select screen and it stops as soon as I lose control over my character after defeating the final Boss (Red rising up from a crouch position). WSplit was used for timing the run.
Played on Kega Fusion 364 emulator.
An improved Any% speedrun played on May 1st 2018.
Stage order that I used in this run: Blue, Green, Pink, Yellow.
I don't see myself doing a better run anytime soon. I've come up with a lot of new stuff for this run in order to shave off a ton of time, can't really think of anything else to save some more, I have already analyzed pretty much all the other impressive runs of this game, with that being said the only thing left is to try out the Green first route, which I'm looking forward to. I wonder if it's possible to get under 10 minutes with a polished Green first route..
