Trip the boy in the puddle

Upon entering high street from the garden, you will notice a puddle of water on the ground.
The objective is to get the small boy wandering around High Street to trip into this puddle.
You need to guide him over to the puddle by honking at him with Square and running him over to that area or get his glasses and let him follow.
Once he is standing in the puddle, you need to bend over and interact with one of his shoes which will untie it.
Once one of his shoes is untied, simply honk at him once more to scare him so that he starts to run. If done correctly, the boy should trip and fall down.
