Credits go to the original founders of the glitch, I came up with the idea of using the O button instead of Square or Triangle at the start so that your stance does not get in the way as you can see my character does not take a step forward. You can also time it however you want to but the timing is easier for me if I do the entire motion the moment my character is stuck (the part where the screen becomes as red as possible.)

More Explanation on What Buttons to Press:
Hold O for a second and then press R1+Square or Triangle. You have to make sure that the sword isn't sheathed + the weapon you're using the Ghost Weapon with for the glitch is on cooldown.
