It was my birthday not to long ago so to celebrate, we played a little real life fruit ninja. The pear tree in my front yard had given into its weight and snapped into pieces. So the whole yard was covered in hundred of sour pears! My buddy lives knives and swords, and i just so happen to own a really nice handmade Katana. 1050 high carbon steel, clay tempered, maybe like 3 fold steel. This is not a fancy samurai warrior sword, this is more of a training weapon for young pupils.

I have some limited kendo training, it was not very formal. but enough to learn how to respect these tools. Please do not try this sort of stuff at home, it is alot more dangerous then it looks. Trust me if something goes wrong, its going to "really" go wrong. It wont be a pretty picture, so please practice caution when handling any blade, or weapon.
