Enemies can now see you from a reasonable distance of 180m (sniper/rocket can see even farther) in the day and will engage you from that far, vanilla GRB is 60m (Night distance in Spartan Mod is 60m) and visual detection time is 3x faster.
Suppressors now have limited sound reduction based on weapon class. An assault rifle WITH a suppressor can now be heard 120m away, vanilla GRB is 15m. Handgun 20m, SMG/Shotgun 30m, DMR/Sniper Rifle 160m (vanilla GRB Handgun is 10m and Sniper Rifle is 20m). (Not all guns have been adjusted tho, i.e. the M4A1 ASSAULT and a few others r still at 15m). The 20% damage penalty has been removed on suppressors.
Ammo is limited to a realistic amount (9mm/5.56/7.62/45 are 120 rounds, 338 is 30 and 12 gauge is 25 but can b adjusted in the settings) and ammo is now much harder to find (few NPCs drop ammo and it can be as low as 3 rounds). Stamina and fatigue now make running risky. Antimatter rifles now do appropriate damage. All explosives have increased damage by 3x. Healing/recovery and stamina regen speed has been reduced by half.

I normally play with it off but after seeing the movie Genocidal Organ, I'm role playing that my character has implants. helps keep the game fresh after 1500+ ingame hours since release.
My Spartan Mod Plus stats:
Ammo carry reduced even more (9mm - 55, 5.56/7.62 - 90, 45acp - 55 rounds. 338 is 20 and the 12 gauge is 20-25 shells).
[These ammo amounts are in line with my lightweight character builds and better #immersion for a spec ops working with ammo he picked up from bodies or a #ninja build]
Ammo drops reduced by an additional 40%.
Spartan damage is 1.2 instead of 2. (100% is out right unrealistic, even 50% is too much)
Spartan stamina is reduced by 50. ( -25%) (1500 hours in GRB on "extreme" and I never needed the canteen until Spartan Mod Plus)
Engagement distance is increased to 600% instead of 300% (360m)
Detection speed is 600%
Detection range is 500%
Suppressors detection range is at 38 (sub) & 48 (sup) times! A pistol WITH a suppressor can now be heard 220m away, vanilla GRB is 10m
Health ragen delay is at 1000% of Spartan Mod (1500 hours in GRB on "extreme" and I never used health ragen until after I saw the movie Genocidal Organ but even the Spartan Mod was still TOO fast)
Health ragen is at -90% (Spartan Mod is -75%)
HUD is sometimes on for proof of concept
My Spartan Mod+ NERF stats:
Player weapon range is increased by 30% (This makes the + 60% range Ballistic Advantage perk non essential) (default #SpartanMod is +10%).
[Reason: I have a Kriss Vector irl and seeing the unrealistic "range" in GRB makes me sick. Fyi irl a .338 is lethal at 2 miles]
