In Noah's first actual LP in quite some time, he revisits a forgotten gem that he played on his main channel in a video that no longer exists, while Jacob reminds himself of the long forgotten history of this channel.
Note: Hey, it's Noah. After recording this video and realizing I might not be able to beat this game at the current rate I was going, I realized a few things:
A. The original video I did on this game, which was posted on my main channel over four years ago, was deleted a while back when I went back and deleted most of my older videos to clean the channel up a bit. Unfortunately, that meant there was no way for you guys or Jacob to see me play the beginning of the game. That original video also showed me playing the first FOUR levels of the game, not just the first level as I originally thought.
B. The cheat codes for the game, such as the invincibility code we tried using in this episode, aren't unlocked until you beat the game, so that wasn't an option for the playthrough.
C. Upon starting another file and replaying the tutorial level, I learned about some game mechanics that would make the game much easier for me: a block function, alternate methods of attack, and most importantly, and UPGRADE SYSTEM.
So, after realizing all that, I decided I would upload this video as "Part Zero" and in the next video, I start a fresh file so I can ease my way back into things and take advantage of all the game's mechanics, and so you guys and Jacob can see the first four levels.
