The story of "Ghostbusters (2016)" takes place in New York City. Four female scientists, Abby, Ellie, Holtzmann and Patty, accidentally discover the existence of the ghost world. They decided to form a team of ghost hunters, using their technological equipment and courage to fight against ghost attacks in New York City.

In order to protect the safety of the city, the four protagonists must work together to defeat the evil forces.
During the battle, the four protagonists not only faced various ghosts, but also faced ridicule and doubts about their team from the outside world. However, they demonstrated fearless courage and determination, proving their strength and worth.
