You can get this achievement very close to the start of level two and making it probably the 1st achievement you can get in the game. Just after the first encounter of level 2 with 4 enemies, you grapple up to a hallway that leads to a slide where you can go either right or left. Go right and follow the path in my video to get the achievement. Should only take a couple of tries to take them all out without getting hit.
