Ghostwire Tokyo - Amalgamation (Hannya) final boss fight
2This Ghostwire Tokyo game guide video shows the final boss battle against the Amalgamation (transformed Hannya) which takes place during the Gate to the Underworld main quest in chapter 6. Scanning the boss with spectral vision will reveal its 3 weak spots (masks) and you'll have to uncover their cores. Make sure to focus on a single weak spot at a time, because exposing the core will take some time (wind & fire attacks will do the job).
The boss relies on various attacks:
- shockwaves - you can jump over the shockwaves or block them (perfect blocks allow to avoid damage)
- undead hands - they will try hold you in place and you should avoid them when the attack is still being prepared or keep moving to the side to free yourself
- huge fireball - run to the sides to avoid the area where it's going to hit
- sweep attacks - jump over the moving arms or move back to find yourself outside of the range of these attacks
- shout attacks - hold the block and you should be fine
- projectile attacks - you can either hold the block key or try with risky perfect blocks to avoid all damage
Hannya will also summon reinforcements after losing the first and the second core. We recommend relying on strong charged attacks to eliminate them quickly. You can also consider activating Wire In attack when fighting the second group of Visitors, because there are going to be stronger monsters among them.
Destroying all 3 cores results in winning the last fight of the game.
