This Ghostwire Tokyo game guide video shows how to survive the Ko-omote boss encounter during the Agony main quest. This boss fight is very unusual, because KK will be removed from your body at the start and therefore you can't use your powers.
Rely on stealth and hide in the vents in the center of the boss fight area. Your task is to perform three stealth attacks on the boss - each time you'll have to sneak up behind Ko-omote and launch a quick purge to remove one of its tails. If you end up getting spotted run away and hide, but watch out for deadly fumes which may appear in the vents. Removing all 3 tails will allow you to win the fight.
