This is how Ghostwire: Tokyo runs on my PC the CPU of which is below the minimum required. The video is from the first couple of chapters.

There seem to be stutters in the streets regardless of the settings used, but aside from that it runs ok at any settings. I personally use Medium settings and since I have a 1440p monitor I use FSR Ultra Quality, which is more or less 1080p upscaled.
