So, there's not one, but TWO canceled "Austin Powers" Game Boy Color... games? Well, calling them games is a bit much. They're both faux-operating Systems styled after Windows 2000, similar to the 2nd GBC entry "Welcome to my Underground Lair", with merely some different graphcis and a couple different games between them. This is the third one, themed around Felicity Shagwell.
