Summary of the Update:

XCOM Beta 14 released. Unless you guys really don't want me to, I will be updating to it and restarting the series. Our game's balance would end up being a LITTLE screwy when updated to Beta 14, and we're only 8 episodes in.
I am strongly considering enabling Red Fog. As it affects aliens now, it might lead to more interesting strategies.
If your name is already on the roster, it will be on the roster again. If it is not, feel free to submit it.
