13using 5H to punish throw whiff is pretty good. sure it's proration is lower than c.S, but you're unlikely to get thrown out of it at proper spacing. this was just how i used to punish throws in season 2 because it's safe enough and consistent.
old route combo: counter hit 5H, 236K, f.S, 5H, 214K.
new route combo: counter hit 5H, 214H~623S, 2H, 214H~214S, c.S, 5H, 214H~623S, 5K, 5D (wall break).
