This fight looks scary on paper. You have 4 Red Beans with 60 Dinergates. However, this fight is actually easy enough that pretty much any team can take on it. The number of casualties you'll take though, depends.

So here's the thing about this fight: the 4 Red Beans are stacked on each other. This means that if you trigger one, you trigger all 4 to blow up at the same time. What this implies is that all you need to do is kill the 60 Dinergates.

Killing the 60 Dinergates isn't too hard. If you choose to blow up your team, you still have 1.5s to kill all remaining Dinergates before they kill you. This is because you have 1.5s invulnerability frames (i-frames) that prevent you from taking any damage once your doll goes crit. Note that once your echelon suicides into this, it won't be able to fight again. However, Alpha 4 is summoned on Turn 7. On Turn 8, the center Heliports reopen. Therefore, you can suicide an echelon into this, retreat it, repair everyone and redeploy instantly. Depending on your strategy, this might be the optimal play.

However, you may have strategies where you want to take more fights after this without retreating. This means that you can only afford to sack one HG or SMG to the Red Beans. For that to happen, you need to kill all 60 Dinergates and retreat all other dolls before the Red Beans blow up. This video illustrates one such successful attempt.

If you are using an RFHG, you will want to move a HG to the front column instantly. This gets your RFs to start shooting the Dinergates instead of the Red Beans. Rico is useful here, as her early skillshot does AoE damage. HG targeting will also affect the outcome here, since Dinergates have no evasion.

Once you kill all 60 Dinergates, you need to instantly retreat the 4 dolls that are supposed to not take damage. This requires quick reflexes on your end.

Normally I don't do this, since my strategies end up with redeployments after this fight. But here's a demo in case you were wondering how it's done.
