#GiveGreatVoice to Gratitude.πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™ Delighted to be tagged by my friend John Hawley as part of this wonderful Gratitude Challenge started in honor of suicide prevention month. I’m a big believer in expressing gratitude as a means of daily mental health habits. Saying at least one thing I’m grateful is a daily practice, helps me focus my attention on what I can control right now ( which is not a lot πŸ˜‰). I’m happy to have the opportunity to share this challenge with you and I hope you’ll join me.πŸ’œ

For these 21 days, I will be stating one thing I am grateful for each day. 21 represents the number of veterans that take their lives each day.

☝️It takes about 2 weeks to develop a habit. So to develop a habit of positivity and effectively combat isolation and suicide, Project Refit and James Corbett came up with the Project Refit Grateful Challenge.
