As of uploading this video, Bandai Namco has updated us with news that they're giving us 5 gems for some problem with Rare Recruit, but there isn't any response about the Friend Point "event". Since it's taken so long for them to respond, it's very unlikely that we'll lose units or that you pulled from Friend Points, or that you'll get punished for it.
