Jumping from "launchers"

On some maps there are things that I call launchers. If you jump against ground or block that is uphill you can pull off some high jumps. Adding some speed to these jumps makes you go higher because horizontal velocity becomes vertical when hitting that uphill. Usually these jumps are difficult to do and need some practice, but give you great advantages.
