Gloomhaven (the physical version) is a tactical combat, story-driven, card and minis game in a persistent world. Players take on the role of wandering mercenaries with special skills. Players must work together to clear out menacing dungeons and forgotten ruins. In the process, they will enhance their abilities with experience and loot, discover new locations to explore and plunder, and expand the story fueled by the decisions they make.
