GMS: How to Create a Android APK?

You really need to update you're Windows 10 to Windows 11 in order to download the updated version of Android Developer, so you can update you're APK's API's. However, you could download the Command line tools on the Android Developer page for Windows 10 32 bit, but you need to go into the bin's folder after unzipping it and double click on Sdk Manager to download the latest packages, if the command prompt window will stay open to download it. Be sure to put the Command line tools folder in you're C drive under Users and you're Name folder, then open up you're command prompt window, But this may work without installing the 64 bit Android Developer program, but wait it will not install, if you have a Windows 10 32 bit. This could help, https://developer.android.com/studio/archive, Last Windows 32 bit file is called, Android Studio 3.6.3, try updated SDK with that studio program.

Second Step: Go Here to download Android Studio for Windows 32bit, scroll down until you see "Just Download 32 bit Version", be sure to point the updates to your old bundle in the "sdk file" to find updates to Android builds and install new ones, visit this site to download Android Studio. https://bit.ly/3omEFmz
