The Dragon Kick Roulette is ESSENTIAL for The Mr. Gold And Silver fight coming up next. You can get it and then die, so that is what I did, skipping enemies I did not have to kill. You have to kill the running midget to get the medicine. I suggest retrying until you get it before leaving the area on HARD mode. Otherwise the next bosses will be INSANE.
Deaths edited out, except the one for getting the roulette since progress was made. Menus are removed or shortened. I did buy a health upgrade which I did not show.
I posted up my best attempt on Mr. Gold and Silver, which was close, but I will have to work on it more before beating it. Unless I get really good item drops it will probably not be beaten soon. Ideally I want to try and group them together and land 2 Dragon Kick roulettes on them to kill them. It does MASSIVE damage to both when they are lined up.
