You can skip nearly all of Eos, saving mintues from a speedrun. (And I find that section annoying in general gameplay). Its a very easy skip to do once you know where all the secret ledges are. (I tried grabbing the ledges available during the actual battle but I could not find them once I killed Helios...(?))

Note: Everything loads normally after doing this skip. (I checked). I edited the vid a bit towards the end (to tidy up), because originally I wanted to use the wooden structure on the right to skip the final fight, but after a few goes of missing the ledge I broke it and decided to skip the final fight with a combat grapple high jump instead. But you can check for yourself if you have any doubts.

How to do the skip: (Other easier ledges might be available, testing needed. So...)
1. After revealing the door, high jump up and grab a ledge on the top of it and pull yourself and jump towards the camera and slightly right of screen. Kratos will grab another ledge, and with that pull yourself up onto the top flat walkable rock platform.

2. Once up there you can actually Jet Dash directly to the wraiths, but I then jumped to a few other ledges just to make is a bit easier, but in a speedrun you dont need to do this. (I just got sick of restarting from last checkpoint, I just wanted to get onto some more glitching).

EDIT: There is a chance we may be able to Jet Dash directly to the Chain from above that door area. (If you went further to the right from the very start of the jump, slight chance.) That would make it a complete skip of Eos, Kratos would not set foot at Eos at all.
