Level-by-level walkthrough:
At the chain of balance -
1. There are just some minor skips in this area. It actually takes longer to try to dodge or wait for those falling rocks to miss Kratos, than it is to just let them hit you while you are wall grappling.

And yeah, I cracked my head on one wooden post, no time damage there tho. (Since it makes no difference to the time, I was half tempted to make Kratos smack his head against everthing on his way up. But that wouldn't have been in the spirit of this run).

At the Caverns -
2. Just spamming Nemean Roar here.

At 1st Hermes cutscene -
3. Skipped, moving right along.

At the Upper Chamber of the flame -
4. For anyone that doesn't know why the stairs to the upper Chamber of the Flame is already down (and why I was able to turn the crank all the way so early in the game). I'll try to explain it...

...remember earlier in this speedrun when I broke the chain at the 3 Judges? (and it seemed that nothing really happened immediately afterwards?). Well, the game remembers that you broke the chain earlier and now thinks that it's time to let Kratos go up the stairs to the Upper Chamber & lets him turn the crank all the way. Thus going directly to almost the end of the game.

This glitch happens exactly as-you-see-it, no editing or anything like that. If you want to learn how to do it, I did up a video tutorial:
