Step 1) Enable/ Disable Steam Input- Restart the game
Step 2) Disable Steam Input, connect the controller using the USB cable, restart the game
Step 3) Disable Steam Input, Open Control panel and make sure controller is enabled (Use Wired Connection)
Step 4) Xbox Controller user: Enable Steam input and then restart your PC (Restart is a must) -Use USB cable to connect your controller to the PC
Step 5) Unplug hotas, wheel, pedals, mouse, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disconnect arcade stick, disconnect multiple monitors, if you have any virtual controller (Vjoy etc.), disable/uninstall them.
Step 6) Launch Steam in big picture mode with Steam Input enabled/Disabled and then launch the game
