The pity meter in this game is 50 pulls, so by the 50th pull, you're guaranteed to summon an SSR hero. The strategy I use is to spend 45 Destiny Tarot on the regular summoning banner, then switch to the new hero banner and spend 5 Genesis Tarot to get the guaranteed SSR hero. If you pull 2 SSR heroes from the new hero banner, you're guaranteed the new hero by the second summon.
